Provide support to customers& customer touch points relating to Dhiraagu products and services, in a customer friendly and professional manner, to provide superior level of customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and support to customers and customer touch points.
  • Attend to, diagnose and resolve escalated cases within defined SLA’s and provide support to front line staff and other customer touch points in a friendly and professional manner, to achieve service excellence.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and follow up on such cases, liaising with relevant departments and providing updates to customer touch points
  • Call back to customers on escalated issues within defined SLA
  • Treat customer information confidential.
  • Work as a team player and foster team spirit among work colleagues.
  • Attend to ad hoc tasks assigned by contact centre executive and provide support to contact centre operations as and when required


Person Specifications:

  • GCE A' level or Diploma in related field.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English and Dhivehi.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident in dealing with customers in a professional manner.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changes
  • Ability to work long hours during odd hours to meet deadlines.
