  • Rates indicated are subject to 6% GST.
  • GST will be charged at 6%* on Recharge/Reload amount at the point of sale.
    * If sold in a tourist establishment GST will be charged at the prevailing tourism sector GST rate.

  • 1. When are bills prepared?
    Bills are prepared at the end of every calendar month. Bills for Mobile (all segments), fixed lines/ADSL (business & South) customers are prepared during the first week of each month. Bills for Fixed lines/ADSL  (government, residential) customers  are prepared during the second week of the month

  • 2. How can I access my bill?
    You can view and download your bill via MyAccount at www.dhiraagu.com.mv/ocs or you may also choose to receive your bill via Email Bill Service

  • 3. Can I receive both paper and Email bill?
    Yes, Apply via Online Applications at MyAccount on Dhiraagu website (www.dhiraagu.com.mv/ocs) or submit a Billing Service application form. To receive paper bills every month, a recurring monthly fee may be applicable for residential customers from April 2014. However, this will be communicated to customers in due time.

    Billed and unbilled call details for the past 3 months can be conveniently accessed via MyAccount on our website: www.dhiraagu.com.mv/ocs

  • 6. How are my bills delivered?
    Bills are delivered by messenger, by email service and by post to off Male’ government customers & schools.

  • 7. What is Email Bill Service and what are the benefits?
    Email Bill Service is a more convenient and simpler way for you to access your Dhiraagu bill, rather than having to wait for a paper bill to be delivered. You will receive a copy of your bill every month via your email inbox. By opting for Email Bill Service you also make a greener choice and help the environment by reducing the amount of paper used.

    You can change your preferred Email via Online Applications at MyAccount on Dhiraagu website (www.dhiraagu.com.mv/ocs)  or submit a Billing Service application form 

  • 9. I have applied to receive paper bills. But now I would like to discontinue the service. What do I have to do?

    To make paying your bills as hassle free as possible we have a wide range of payment options available:
    • Register for Dhiraagu Online Services via  MyAccount at our website (www.dhiraagu.com.mv/ocs) and instantly pay your bills online 
    • Choose Bank of Maldives BillPay, Direct Debit, ATM service or any regional branches.
    • Use the payment Drop Box placed in our Customer Front Office at Medhuziyaaraiy Magu
    • Pay your bills at any Dhiraagu Partner shop or by visiting our Customer Service Centre
