  • 1. Do I need any special equipment to use Voice Mail?

    All you need is existing mobile phone to use your Dhiraagu Voice Mail Service.

  • 2. What if I get "stuck"?

    If you are in the Main Menu and don't know which button to press, you can always press 8 for help. Alternatively press 88 for a general introduction to the service. If you would like to hear the new user tutorial please press 888.

  • 3. Is my mailbox secure?

    Yes, your mailbox is very secure. Nobody will be able to gain access to your mailbox unless they know what your password is. You should keep your password to yourself and change it from time to time. Remember, your temporary password is set at 6666 but you are advised to change this code after you have accessed your mailbox for the very first time.

  • 4. Do I have to listen to all the voice instructions before selecting an option?

    No. You don't have to wait for the recorded voice to start or finish if you already know what you want to do. You can always key ahead.

  • 5. What if I forgot my password?
