Online Support Specialist

We are seeking for a driven individual, who has the skills to respond to all customer queries via online, relating to Dhiraagu products and services, in a friendly and professional manner, to provide a superior level of customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to twitter, Facebook, messaging apps and live chat queries from customers relating to Dhiraagu products and services.
  • Respond to all the online queries and providing customers with accurate information in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
  • Handling customer faults and complaint and escalating them to relevant departments / staff where necessary.
  • Monitor social media trends.


Person Specifications:

  • 'A' Level or minimum 2 years of experience in Online Communication related field.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to do shift duties, including night duty.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools.
