Content Monitoring & Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an individual with energy and drive, who has the skills to provide 2nd level support to customers and frontline staff to Dhiraagu products and services, in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provisioning of services within define SLA’s.
  • Attend, diagnose and resolve escalated cases within defined SLA’s and provide support to frontline staff and other customer touchpoints.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and follow up on such cases.
  • Monitor stream and signal quality and take appropriate actions.
  • Monitor and ensure programming is within the compliance guideline.
  • Seamless editing/ censoring of content enduring appropriate and uninterrupted viewing experience.


Person Specifications:

  • Technical Certificaton (C3 equivalent or higher) or minimum 2 yeards of experience in a related field.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English and Dhivehi.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to converse in technical solutions.
  • Willing to do shift duties, including night duty.
