Customer Services Representative - Contact Centre

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming queries from customers relating to Dhiraagu products and services.
  • Demonstrate professional and friendly attitude.
  • Provide callers with accurate information in line with the company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer faults and complaints, logging them accurately and escalating them to the relevant departments.
  • Treat customer information confidential.
  • Work as a team leader and foster team spirit among work colleagues


Person Specifications:

  • GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level Standard, Minimum ‘O’ Level “C” pass in English & Dhivehi
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on shift duties
  • Ability to coordinate with other members of the team and other departments
  • Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude
  • Confident in dealing with customers in a professional manner.
